Thats all?

Down 2 lbs. 190. Gee whiz. In three weeks just 2 lbs? WTF?
I'm sure I'm retaining mad water. I have not been drinking water like I should. I glass here or there and during workouts. But definitely what I need to be doing to flush anything out. I had one week that wasnt the best—Valentines. I nibbled on chocolates, cookies and then on Valentines Friday I had a wonderful fried chicken meal. The next day I had sushi. But other than that and the water shortage, I've been working out and tracking what I take in. Perhaps I wont get to 185 by March. I actually wanted to get 179. It may not happen by March 2. But it will happen. I am determined! 148/size 8 in 2008.

y clothes are fitting much better and I even got into my lucky jeans. Now when I say got in them on, I mean I was barely able to stuff my thighs in them, but I got them jokers buttoned up! Thank God for spandex. I'm working out 4 to 5 times a week from 90 to 120 minutes. This week my calories have been around 1200 and under. But that has to do with my nervousness about some matters more so my appetite's good will.

I'm still looking for work and times are dire. I'm stressed out, worried all the time and its really getting to me. Praying, working out and trying help me overcome what means to bury me.
